Sip n Flow is more than a lounge — it’s a sanctuary for events rooted in mindfulness, creativity, and community. It offers an intentional environment from wellness-centered gatherings and team retreats to photoshoots and branded content days, our space is available for intentional use only. Every experience is guided by our core values: peace, presence, and purpose.
✅ Child-Friendly with Adults Present – We welcome family-centered events and gatherings where children are accompanied by adults.
🚫 No alcohol, drug use, or x-rated content permitted.
👣 Please Note: Sip n Flow is located on the second floor of our building and is not wheelchair accessible. There is no elevator, and guests must be able to comfortably walk up a short flight of stairs.
All bookings include an on-site Sip n Flow staff host and team for the duration of the event.
Beginning August 1, 2025, only members will be able to reserve private space.

To preserve the wellness energy of our space and maintain access for Sip n Flow Members, we host a maximum of four (4) private events per month.
💡 We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to reserve your preferred date. Once our monthly calendar is full, no additional bookings will be accepted.
